Opinion time, woo.

Threads like this need to stop. Honestly, these threads disgust me. How can you possibly pick a favorite staff member?
Forget about the staff members, how can you possibly pick a favorite person?
Threads like "list your friends" are fine, but when it comes to favoritism - just no.
Plus, what can you possibly favorite? All staff do the same job. Sure, some of them do the job better, but it's not our job to point out which staff members does the job better.

I thought bias was a thing people hated in this community -.-
