Unable to speak in chat in SkyBlock

In which minigame/server does the bug occur: SkyBlock

Detailed description of bug:
I am unable to chat in public in skyblock. I've checked my settings, relogged, reset my pc.. The problem isn't local. I can chat in all other minigames besides skyblock (including hub). Typing something meant for public chat and pressing enter on my keyboard doesn't give any prompt.. no error, no message.. the chat simply remains unaffected as if nothing had happened. I can /msg just fine and talk in friend chat.

The error was resolved after server restart.
