[Tutorial] How to write a report

Reports are invisible to non-staff users, you can only see your own reports. Please use the format below.

Please accompany your report with sufficient evidence, otherwise we will unfortunately not be able to punish the player. Please write the timestamp where it happens if you are using a video as evidence.

What to report:

• Massive spamming
• Massive swearing/cussing
• Advertising & impersonating
• Offensive/inappropriate plots
• Hacking

What not to report:

• Mild swearing
• Mild spamming
• Personal fights between players
• Scamming that does not involve an exchange of in-game items/currency or real life money.

 

Hacking reports need to be accompanied with sufficient proof, or they will not be handled by our moderators. A simple explanation or a couple of screenshots is not enough evidence, please include video evidence.

Also, please cut the video to around the parts where the player can be seen hacking, so that it is not too long, or include time codes such as 1:34 so that the moderator who is handling the report can fast forward to the appropriate section.

Please do not make the video slow-motion or anything like that, as it only makes it harder for us to evaluate whether the player is actually hacking or not.
