[Tutorial] How to upload a Screenshot to Imgur (English)

If you caught somebody breaking the rules in chat, the best thing to do is take a screenshot of them breaking the rules and sending it to a staff member, and the best way to share screenshots is by uploading them to a site called "Imgur".

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to upload a screenshot to Imgur.

Step 1: Go into your computer's Start Menu search bar and type" %appdata% ". Then press Enter.

(This will look different depending on which version of Windows you're using. I'm on Windows 10.)

Step 2: You should see a folder called ".minecraft". Click on it.

Step 3: In that folder, you'll find another folder called "screenshots". Click on that.

Step 4: Locate your screenshot. They should be sorted by the date and time they were taken, and the newest screenshots will be furthest down.


Step 5: Go to http://imgur.com/

Step 6: Drag and drop your image into the Imgur window and wait for it to upload.

Once it's uploaded, you will automatically be taken to a page that looks like this:

Copy the link provided to you, and either send it to a staff member or add it to a report thread in Report Abuse.

And you're done!
