    This happens since the plugin only gives what's in the lower three boxes. If you don't want that happening, then don't put it in the highest part. The reason why it happens is because the wool is in the upper parts, and when you put an item there, it thinks it's the wool too! But the "wool" can be changed into another row.

    That's not how it works. It gives the items to you directly, not drops them where you are.

    I had the same problem. I traded twice with a specific person, I gave him a set of armor to repair, he only received the helmet, all other items were vanished. A few days later I asked him to repair something for me again, and once again he didn't receive it.
