Still having Problems Connecting to Teamspeak

i pinged the server, i got this IP Harry: 69.197.58.200

 

what does that do exactly?

Nothing. It basically restarts your connection and stuff.

i appreciate you guys helping me, but my PCs old. and i dont want to ruin it since its the only pc i got, also does it erase every ip i ever looked up?

we switched connections, Still didnt work. idk whats wrong. When i tried to connect to the ts ip in Minecraft i got the io.nettyhandler exception. so theres something wrong with teamspeak right now. it could be the weather

 

idk, I think the TS server is screwing up :( i cant seem to connect at all, all my other ts servers work just fine

 

what will the results look like? i downloaded it and i cant tell where the results are ill try my best to Put them

I think that there could be something wrong with the host of this server, lots of people including me are having trouble connecting to ts.

 

Well i did what you told me, and it came up with mostly zeros. Only ones that had different numbers were the first three. It also said that there was no response from the host.

 

The winmtr said the following
