Staff app people

    hai der,

    In my recent visit of staff app section I noticed the same words that were on my *** (not wanting to advertise) from 2 person covering the entire page, like seriously why?
    What if people are colorblind?
    What if he can't give specific time for the server?

    Also why do you waste your time pasting the same stuff, literally I see it on every application,same words even if they add them they still paste em

    I know how to solve this, go on a new staff and say some GOOD, the say with a little font #1st
    When they come on the app they won't the first to post

    I'm not even joking

    I do believe that once people realize they have a chance at Staff, they start doing the things they should've done in the beginning. It's quite pitiful, I believe they should be a help even before they apply, Instead of faking it.

    I don't give a dAmn about the likes I get or the messages I post, JoeyBacon made a thread about it too, some other did before, and why do rude all the time? Violence is no answer, no need to be hatin everyone who copies something u do when u copied it

    If a member purposely improves their act to get staff member...
    Dao and Willy aren't blind or retarded, give them a bit of credit. They'll spot the members doing so and put them in the 'not right now' section.

    Alright, let me point some things out wrong with what you said.
    Alright, for this if people are colorblind and cannot give a specific time of the server, I'm pretty sure they would specify.

    Alright, this part I cannot ignore. Okay, first of all, how do you know that we 'tippers' are copy pasting the same stuff all over the place ? You make it sound like you're one of us 'tippers' when you're not. I don't know about the other tippers but I personally read the entire Staff Application first before giving out advice. If you haven't noticed, there are some Staff Applications that a lot of people say 'Good Luck it's a nice Staff application and Good Job' or stuff something like that. I, give out tips on what I think could be improved so before you say everybody, re-think first what you're about to say. Even though you weren't pointing out to all of us, think first about what you wrote because the way you wrote it, it sounded like a hostile attack to everybody who replies to Staff Applications.
    Okay, sorry for the inappropriate language and all but seriously #1st, that's complete bullshit. You're making this sound like it's a race. Also, WE KNOW when somebody posts we are not blind. Now, the reason why we post even though somebody else already posted is because they were lacking things that they could improve on. Also, the 'I know how to solve this, go on a new staff and say some GOOD' what ? That doesn't even make sense. The way you make it sound like is something like this 'Good app ! #1st'. Alright, if you post this on every single Staff Application you're being worse than us tippers because you're being a real spammer that way.

    Anyway, if they were colorblind, then they wouldn't even bother to put colors, and if they can't give specific times, then they can state a reason explaining why. 'Nuff said.
