Bandicam Free if you just want to record hackers. For legitament videos make sure audio stuff is right. Bandicam doesn't set in game audio or mic on its own.

Edit: on Windows bandicam saves as .avi, so upload time is really long for short videos.

Overwolf for commentaries longer than 10 min with no watermark (there is a timer though). Easy to use plus addons you can stick on it. Comes with overlay that has a browser, teamspeak, the recorder, and anything else you want on it. To activate overlay do Ctrl+Tab. This is my favorite recorder. I love it, and highly recommend.

Edit: Overwolf saves as .mp4, so it uploads quicker than Bandicam even if it's long and HD 60 fps.

XSplit Gamecaster if you have no soul. That program sucks. Even if you set a hot key, it still brings up an interface. Stopping a recording freezes an overlay that you can't get out of for a while. Only good thing is you can live stream.

Screencast-o-matic is pretty good, bandi cam has issues with audio if you use full screen, and can only rec 10 mins, while som can rec up to 15 mins, full screen with small lag, and its free
