Random kitpvp ideas

    I feel like it's a reality that the current kits don't work. They especially don't work with punch being rare because then the people that manage to get it are just unstoppable. It feels like it might be a possibly better approach to make the crate focus less on tangible gains (like punch) and more on temporary benefits (like str pots and debuffs or something).

    That's not to say that we can't still have differing kits, but that the kits should all have the same baseline gear and bring more balance to the actual gameplay with less possible growth. I think that growth should focus on added damage, not added health/defense. That makes your "p2w" perks kill a little faster (counterable with sustain) and still lets teams function as normal.

    Maybe one of the ideas proposed will accomplish this, maybe it wont. But I feel like it's the direction to try next.

    I like the idea of having 3 different kids, sort of hcf implemented to kitpvp.

    Kit 1 - Warrior - Full diamond and good for long fights
    Kit 2 - Archer - Leather armour, speed 3 and archer tag which makes it so your clan could do more damage on that player that is tagged
    Kit 3 - Berserker - Chainmail armour, speed 3 and gold swords can back stab someone and do 3ish hearts to a diamond but will be hard to tank against when strength is popped.

    I know this is an original idea but a lot of people that play kit have some sort of HCF experience and can admit how fun the old Kitmaps on Arcane, MineHQ, Kohi etc used to be.

    P.S this was a quick type up if u need more explanation i could detail them more just thought i'd give a rough idea at first

    Much like Embracives idea, I assume this means you can only have 1 kit at a time and not be able to change gear or etc?

    Correct, if ur not in the leather gear you won't be able to archer tag same goes for the chain main and golden swords

    Cool. I think we got a few ideas we can try over the next couple of seasons then. It still seems like the clan idea has flaws, so I'll scratch the idea of clans for now.

    Going to lock this thread in the meantime. Thank you all for your input. If you have other ideas, feel free to post new ideas in the suggestions section.
