You know, I don't feel like living up to those expectations. My smile looks really awkward and creepy actually. One time in English class last year, our teacher told us to cheer up because everyone looked tired. She asked all of us to smile. So I did, and of all the people in the class, she called me out and said I was trying to look creepy. No, I wasn't. I was just actually trying to smile. And I was HUMILIATED for it. I got soooo close to losing my cool. Smiling is one of those simple things that I just find stupidly difficult to do well. So I rarely smile.

So, even if I have a neutral or a sad look on my face, I'm probably content.
