[OITC] Can't votestart match even though it hasn't started

Detailed description of bug:
It sometimes doesn't allow you to votestart to begin the game, even though the game hasn't even started yet, saying: "You can't votestart a game that has already started!"

 

That just means that the countdown has started, not the actual game (e.g. match will begin in 10 seconds). I think it's confusing too, and should instead say something like, "The game is already starting!"

 

Well yeah, but isn't that the point of votestarting? To start the game early? It's very annoying to wait 1 minute for the start of a match while we could just wait 15 seconds.

 

I agree with that, but I'm just letting you know what it means when it says that.

 

I believe the intention of this was to give time for players to join even after vote starting the match.
Is this really that big of a deal, though? I mean... It's 10 seconds lol.

 

Could be, but even then it seems more like a bug than an actual intentional feature. In some 3 man games you can votestart and in some you get the bug.

The feature is already there, so..
