Chapter 6 - The Hallway Of Suffering
I landed on my stomach on the cold, metal floor.
Katy landed next to me on her feet. She helped me get up.
    Her breath twisted and shook.
I could smell the blood from the wicked rooms in the distance. This seemed to be Captain Jack’s base.
The stench of blood seemed too much for me. I turned around and tried to head back into the portal.
But Captain Jack’s large body appeared, and I bumped right into it.
I fell back and noticed the stiff look he had.
“Forward. Don’t worry, the suffering hasn’t started yet.” He grinned.
I gulped and turned around. I heard Robo also entered as his weight echoed through the hallway.

I slowly walked behind Katy who led the way. Blood dribbled from the ceilings and walls as the light flickered and swayed.
I took a glimpse at one of the rooms, and it showed just how wicked Captain Jack is.
A little girl, looking young and pale was in there. Her long, brown, scruffy hair covered the side of her face. Her arms were chained to the wall as blood trickled down her forehead. She was on her knees as dead rats scattered around her.
She looked up, and I saw the pain and suffering in her deep, glittering eyes.
I wanted to rush in there and chop off the chains. I wanted to end her suffering and let her enjoy her life with her family.
But I couldn’t due to Captain Jack right behind me, ready to attack if I dared to move.
I heard a siren and saw a red light, blinking on top of the doorway.
The door slammed shut, and the view of the girl vanished.
I could hear Katy, sobbing and sniffing in front of me. I held onto her shoulder and held it tight, reminding her to stay brave.
But my hand started to shiver. Braveness hasn’t reached me either.
Robo’s stomps still echoed through the hallway. The hallway seemed to be infinite.
But the hallway stopped, reaching an iron door with splats of blood on it.
Katy slowly opened it, and it was worse than the hallway.

Green stains splat on the ground, which led to a horrible stench. The lamps from above were completed shattered, so Captain Jack got a flash light and highlighted the spotlights of the room, which did not help the mood at all.
The light highlighted some rats, chewing a rotten bone. They quickly scrambled away once we walked towards them.
Chains hung from the ceilings as more blood stains remained on them.
    Katy shivered even more.
Captain Jack commanded us to stop, and that brought us to two pairs of chains.
Robo and Captain Jack chained our hands to it. We had to go on our knees due to how low the chains were.
“Instead of just ending you, letting the pain vanish in a heartbeat, I’ve decided to instead make the pain continue and go on and on and on until, well… eternity! Time to enjoy the show.” Captain Jack giggled.
He got a lawn chair and sat on it while he drank some beer. I was quite jealous at the amount of comfort he had while we had to kneel down next to some dead rats whose stomachs had been crawled into.
Robo then got two large whips out of nowhere. My breath started to shake.
I heard a giant slash. It echoed through the room. I then heard scuttling and scratching. Perhaps all the little creatures and bugs were frightened by the flashing sound.
Katy started to sob and cry. I heard Captain Jack sip his beer.
I noticed a giant, red mark on her back. I shivered as my heart began to thunder.

Sweat dribbled down my face; pain was my worst fear.
But before I could get whipped, an explosion shook the area.
    We looked around. Robo froze.
"Arg, must be nothing. Go on, continue to show." Captain Jack yawned.
But then another thump echoed through the room.
"Okay, who left the stove on? Must've left my green beans in there." He said.
But the thumping continued. It got louder and louder, until it was right next to us.
The doors slammed open, and raging dolphins rushed inside.
One jumped right on Captain Jack, making his chair snap.
I thought the Gods arrived, until a dolphin rushed towards me and snapped the chain in half with it's razor sharp teeth.
As soon as Katy got released, we rushed past Robo, who almost whipped us again.
We pushed right past the door as dolphins swam past us. "What the heck is going on?" Katy gasped.
But in the nick of time, Sandy arrived with the dolphin rod in his mouth.
I stopped right in front of him, seeming surprised as he smiled and wagged his tail.
"How the heck did YOU get here?" Katy gasped.
"I quickly sneaked through the portal while the Gods were distracted. However, they might arrive right-"
A great grunt of rage interrupted Sandy's comment.
I looked up and the Gods arrived, with SnakeHammer and Finn in front.

"You better not hurt my dolphins this time." Finn hissed.
"It's the only choice we have..." Mystery murmured.
"For goodness sake, just kill those kids and the dog and then leave my dolphins alone!" Finn shouted.
Crystal groaned and immediately tried to shoot ice spikes at us.
We got on the ground as the ice spikes shot into the wall, crushing the bricks.
Sandy quickly ran the other way, through the door.
"Get that wand back!" Finn demanded.
All the Gods chased after Sandy, except for SnakeHammer, who stopped right at the door then turned to us.
"Heh, this should be fun." He giggled.
    Pikachu hissed.
I heard thunder thump the land.
And out of nowhere, a giant lightning zapped through the ceiling onto the ground right in front of us.
    We jumped back, feeling shocked.
Pikachu then jumped right on Katy's face, making her slip onto the ground.
    Her body slightly shook.
I tried to grab Pikachu off her, but every time I touched him a small zap would travel through my body, making me hop back.
Then I heard electricity charge up.
I turned to SnakeHammer and a giant bolt of lightning, bolted at me.
I blinked, and something was placed in front of me.
I heard the electricity zap, but it wasn't it didn't seem to shock me... It was Undead getting shocked.

He held his hand out, creating a purple, clear shield in front of me.
"Go! Get out of here!" Undead commanded.
I nodded and smacked Pikachu and got Katy up, who's hair was all over the place.
We rushed past the door, and we saw Captain Jack and Robo in our way.
"For goodness sake, can you just let us be free for once?" Katy argued.
Captain Jack let out a chuckle.
Robo smashed his sword onto the ground. Spikes of stone spanwed out of the ground.
Katy and I jumped out of the way, but we were both on each side of the spike.
So I quickly ran forward. But then Robo swinged his sword towards me.
But a fire ball then flamed his face. He covered his face, grunting and panting.
I turned around. and Twage ran towards me, grinning with pride.
I smiled back and quickly ran forward past Robo.
However, in the corner of my eye was Captain Jack, grabbing Katy.
I quickly stopped and ran towards her. But Agent S icked Captain Jack right in the face before the tip of his finger could touch Katy.
It was so satisfying seeing Captain Jack fall with a red mark on his face.
Agent S grabbed Katy's hand a ran. So I continued to run too.

I didn't stop. My legs felt like machines. I just kept running until I hit a dead end.
I quickly put my foot in front, stopping my speed.
I still seemed to be in the hallway, but Blab was standing there, waving next to a door.
I walked to her, and she had a massive grin on her face.
    "Louise! Look!" She cheered.
She pointed at the door. I looked through the window in the door... and there it was, a portal ready to be used.
"It's going to close at any second! But this door is locked!" She cried.
Everyone caught up. Sandy stood next to me, who still has the wand in his mouth.
I looked at everyone, but someone seemed to be missing...
    "Where's Kry?" I asked.
They all looked at eachother. Undead then stepped forward.
    "Well... you see..."
Suddenly, a scream shook our ears. I turned around, and a squid was trying to swallow Blab's head.
She fell on the ground and tried to pull the squid off her head.
Undead and Sandy came over to her to assist her.
Then I saw the Gods, boosting straight towards us, getting ready to use their powers.

Agent S jiggled with the handle, but it was no use.
"Stand back bro, I got this..." Twage said as he pushed Agwent S out of the way.
    "Open sesame." He said.
Agent S stared at him with a blank face.
Agent S just punched the window which shattered. He crawled inside.
Everyone crawled inside once the squid was off Katy's head.
We stared at the portal, until a loud thud made me shriek.
The Gods were right at the door, but they did seem a bit big for the door...
Melody stood there with a giant harp in his hand. Then he started to play it.
I tried to reach for the portal, but my legs just collasped, and my eyelids felt heavy.
Everyone else was on the ground. I was immdiately confused.
"The song... of dreams.... quickly!" Undead gasped as he started to yawn.
The music kept going. I heard the door thunder.
Then I heard the door smash onto the floor, but that's I got into the portal.

It was black for such a long time. I thought I was in an infnite hole of darkness.
My eyelids started to lighten. I opened my eyes.
I pushed myself off the ground and examined the view.
Everyone was on the grass, completly asleep.
"Come on guys, get up." I sighed.
Sandy was the first to get up. He shook his body which made pieces of grass and bugs go flying.
    He also noticed everyone sleeping.
He then let out a huge bark. That made everyone gasp and get up.
"Jeez... I feel like I just got hit with a boulder on the head." Katy groaned.
"I had a dream about tomato's..." Twage commented.
They all stared straight passed me. I turned around, and the view was breathtaking...
"Welcome to your second adventure... War 3.0" Undead said.

    Chapter 7 - War 3.0
While examining the view, I heard Undead sigh behind my back.
I turned around, and he seemed to be leaning against a rock with his arms crossed, looking down.
I walked towards him. He looked up as I shifted forward.
"I can sense Kry close... I know he is close... but his health... its being harmed." He whispered.
My fist scrunched up as I stared into Undead's deep, deceiving eyes.
"But do you know exactly where he is?" I questioned.
"I cannot be precise, but he is in a town... there is two towns in this area, but I cannot sense which one." He explained.
Katy then came to me and bit her lip.
    "Hows your back?" I asked.
She lifted her shirt up slightly, and I saw her back. The texture seemed a bit red, but close to being white.
"Still a bit sore... sort of stings whenever my shirt presses against it." She commented.
Her shirt slowly fell back to her hips. She joined the rest of the group staring at the view.
"Yo Louise, check this out." I heard Sandy call.
I walked towards him and looked at where his nose pointed.
"Look, there's a small town down there. Looks a bit shabby, but I can smell living beings there." He explained.
"Kry must be down there!" I gasped.
"Why would he be in THAT?" Twage hissed.
"Maybe he's injured. Perhaps the people there are taking care of him until he recovers. The people there do look quite friendly..." Agent S said.

So we ventured forth towards the village.
The breeze felt fresh and cool while the grass below out feet felt soft, almost comforting out steps.
"You know, this place ain't that bad..." Twage smiled.
"But a war lurks around this zone..." Undead says.
We paused and looking at him, seeming bemused.
"How could a peaceful, lovely place have a war?" Agent S argued.
"Believe me, there is one..." Undead said.
We resumed walking, trying to enjoy the mood even though Undead kept spreading his depression and boredom.
"...And I know there is another dangerous area around here, harming the environment... I can sense it over the-"
"For goodness sake Undead, quit being so depressed and dark. Just enjoy the view for once." Blab interrupted.
The others agreed with her and tried to lighten the mood and ignore Undead. But something tells me that Undead is telling the truth.
We walked up a small hill, and on top of the hill showed the village, just a few metres away.
"And there she is..." Twage sniffed.
"Maybe we could get some grub there. I am a bit starving." Blab commented.
"And maybe they also sell tomato's there!" Twage added.
With those thoughts planted in our minds, we walked faster to see what the village had in store for us.
But when we arrived there, the town didn't give us a very warm welcome...

The villagers slowly stepped forward with pitch forks and knives. We took a couple of steps back.
"Hey-Hey! Guys, we come in peace! P-E-A-C-"
One of the villagers tried to throw their pitch fork right at Twage to shut his mouth, which made his mind burn with fury.
"Ooooh, is that how you wanna play it? So be it!" Twage hissed.
He showed his palm, and a small fire ball started to form in this hand.
The villagers slowly back up towards their homes.
The fire ball was ready, and he prepared to shoot.
But Katy grabbed his arm, making the fire evaporate.
"Twage! You're scaring them!" Katy cried.
Even though the fire was out, the villagers continued to shift back as they stared at him.
"Now they think we're enemies! Good going you block head!" Agent S complained.
"Hey, they tried to attack us first!" Twage argued.
As they argued, scaring the villagers more, Sandy then crawled towards them, giving them the 'guilty looking'.
And his cute little face calmed the villagers down.
They started to pat him and rub his belly. Katy sighed happily as she saw the villagers finally happy.
But then the villagers grabbed Sandy and took him in a house.
I rushed forward towards the house they went in. I tried to open the door, but it was locked.
I punched the door and demanded them to let me in, but they wouldn't budge.

The curtains from the inside covered the window, so we couldn't see what they were doing inside.
I heard Sandy bark and cry. The rest of the group then caught up with me.
"What are they doing in there?"
"I don't know! Break this door down."
"But if we do, then they'll go into panic again!"
I continued to bang on the door.
Then it was dead silent in there, which could mean something bad.
I cried and called for Sandy as I punched the door.
Everyone else tried to crash the door down without using weapons.
    "Guys, move!" Blab cried.
We turned around, and Blab charged towards us, holding a barrel.
I quickly ran out of the way, and the barrel was shot right at the window.
The window shattered and tiny shards flew all over the place.
I jumped straight in, and I saw the villagers with Sandy.
Sandy didn't look harmed at all. In fact, the villagers seemed to be HELPING him.

There was a dog bowl food and water next to him. When I realised what was going on, Twage rushed in.
"Give us back that dog, otherwise I'll burn you two to ashes!" He shouted.
They both shivered as they held onto Sandy.
"Go away! Otherwise we'll destroy Malo!" They shouted.
Twage paused. We all seemed confused.
"Why are you giving us that look? Aren't you from... Malo?" The woman next to the man said.
We looked at each other. Even Sandy seemed confused.
"Oh no... Oh gosh... we are so sorry... you see, we thought you were from Malo, the evil town over the mountain, and we thought you were torturing this dog, since that's what they do there..." They explained.
"This village really dislikes Malo. They want to destroy this town so they can expand their place... but this is our home..." She explained.
"We're very sorry for the... bad welcoming we gave you." The man sighed.
    Undead stepped forward towards them.
"Do you two know a young man here known as Kr-"
Suddenly, a large explosion shook our ears.
    "Oh no..." The lady gasped.
We rushed outside with Sandy and saw a giant boulder in the air.
    "RUN!" Twage cried.

We ran away from the village out of the way. The boulder spun and headed towards the ground.
A large explosion rang out ears. Dust and pebbles flew over our heads.
We turned around, and a giant boulder crushed the house that we just entered.
The lady and man was nowhere to be found.
"Looks like there is a war around here..." Agent S said.
The rest of the villagers ran out and rushed towards the crushed building and began to cry, argue and curse.
"Curse Malo and Captain Jack!" One of them shouted.
    "Captain Jack?" I gasped.
The one that shouted looked at me with a mad face.
"Yeah. Heard of him? He's the stinking leader of that town over the mountain. Keeps torturing us like slaves." He shouted.
He then joined the crowd surrounding the crushed house.
We looked at the mountain. Sandy whimpered.
"I can sense Kry's heart beating over the mountain, perhaps in that town that the villagers dislike." Undead explained.
"His heart is slowly fading... his health is draining... we must save him before death corrupts his body." He continued.
"But how the heck do we get over that mountain? It's as steep as a wall!" Agent S shouted.
Suddenly, the sound of a vortex screamed behind us.
I turned around, and Undead was there, standing next to a portal.
"This should teleport us to the other side of the mountain." Undead said.
So we all entered. It took some time to reach the end of the portal.
I jumped out and landed on one of my knees.
I got up and looked around.
"So... this is Malo... looks a bit... powerful." Twage gulped.
And right in front of me were tall, black buildings almost as tall as the mountain scattered around the area.
There were hundreds of them. But one of them was the highest out of them all. Pretty much twice as tall as the other buildings.
"Kry is in the tallest tower... I can sense his heart beat in it." Undead said.

I gulped as I stared at the towers. Then I heard Blab gasp.
She pointed at the top of one of the towers in front of us.
I couldn't see anything at the top at first, but when I noticed something, my heart froze.
The Gods stood tall on the tower, with SnakeHammer on top.
They then turned around and walked out of our sight.
"The Gods... there here..." Twage gasped.

Chapter 8 - The Odd God
We examined the tall tower in front of us. The light reflected off the glass, making it almost blinding to look at.
"I... I don't wanna go in there!" Blab sobbed.
"Kry's in there, we have to get him." Agent S said.
"Ummm... why do we exactly need him?" Katy wondered out loud.
Twage turned towards her and gave her a look.
However, that question did make sense. Kry has been pretty cranky ever since I met him.
"I agree with her. I mean, he's always in our way and angry all the time... maybe we should just leave-"
Agent S grabbed my shirt and pulled it down to his face.
"We are not leaving until we get him... I've been friends with him ever since he was born..."
He held onto the shirt tighter. I just wanted it to stop due to his breath making me gag.
He stared into my eyes for a couple of seconds, then he finally let go off me.
I took deep breaths to recover from his bad breath. Katy looked at me, looking worried.
Undead turned to me with a blank look.
"If you don't want to save him, then wait back at the village. Once we get him out, we'll come back and get you." Undead said.
They then walked off, leaving me with Katy and Blab.
"So, girls. Do you want to play eye spy?" Blab suggested.
"Did you forget that I'm not a human?"
I looked down. Sandy sat there with narrowed eye brows.
He scratched his ears with his foot. Crumbs and dust flew off his fur.
"Sorry Sandy. Anyway... what are we supposed to do?" Blab asked.
"This place freaks me out... let's just return to the other village." Katy suggested.

    Suddenly, I heard someone yelp.
I turned around, and Sandy was grabbed by one of the Gods.
Then I realised who was holding him. It was Arrow, lord of weapons.
There was a sword in his hand and it was touching against Sandy's neck.
"Give the wand back, otherwise this puppy goes to hell." He demanded.
    At first I was confused.
    "What wand?" I questioned.
"Around your belt! Give it now!" I saw the sword push harder against Sandy's neck.
I looked at my belt, and there it was, the rod with the small dolphin on top. Sandy must've put it there...
I slowly held it and shuffled forward with the wand in my hand.
And when I was right in front of Arrow, I swung the wand, and a pod of dolphins raged forward.
One of them jumped right on top of Arrow, freeing Sandy.
Sandy rushed past me towards Blab and Katy, while Arrow was getting attacked by a dolphin.
He stabbed the dolphin right in the eye and kicked it, making it flop on it's back.
    It then evaporated into air.
He got out his bow. He then pulled an arrow from the pocket on his back.
He placed it on the string and pulled it back. Then he released it.

I quickly fell onto the ground to avoid the arrow. I heard the others behind me gasp.
I turned my head. They also seemed to be on the ground. Fortunately, they weren't hurt.
Then I looked up when I heard some footsteps.
The rest of the Gods then arrived.
"Great job Arrow. And would you look at that... what a great position you are all in." SnakeHammer giggled.
The Pikachu on his shoulder growled as electricity charged around its red cheeks.
Mystery took a step forward as she stared at the ground while her purple, short hair covered her face.
Believe or not, but ghostly, white gloves hovered in the air.
The fingers on the hands then scrunched up into a fist and aimed towards us.
Before it could charge at us, Finn stopped her.
When Finn pushed her, the gloves vanished.
"Finn! What are you doing?" Crystal hissed.
"What if Captain Jack wants them?" Finn commented.
"The only order we got was... to destroy them..." Mystery murmured, still looking blank.
"But maybe Captain Jack might need them... perhaps he could turn them into Gods like us!" Finn said.
They looked at each other and shrugged.
"That is a good point..." Melody's soft, shy voice said.
"Whatever, Fib. Melody, could you knock em out for us? Squidling yawned.
Melody took a step forward. We waited for his action.
He placed the harp in front of us and placed his fingers on the strings.
Then he pulled the strings quickly, creating a soft, slow melody.
I was bemused by his action, until I heard Sandy snore.
That's when I realised that they were trying to put us to SLEEP.

My eyelids became heavy, and my muscles dropped.
I tried to fight and stay awake, but the melody was controlling me.
My head fell to the ground and I was laying on my side.
The view went blurry, making the textures and colours form together.
My eyes began to close, but before my view could vanish, I saw the giant, steel feet stomp towards me.
And that's when I blacked out.

It was dark, but I knew I was awake.
My limbs felt floppy, but I was wide awake.
Someone was carrying us. Someone large.
I could feel something metal press against my body. That's when I realised that Robo was carrying me.
I looked to my side, and Sandy was also next to me, still asleep and snoring louder than my own breath.
In the other arm of Robo was Katy and Blab, still asleep close together.
I whispered to Sandy. His eyes twitched.
I whispered his name again, and his eyes then slowly opened.
His eyelids then flicked open. He stared at me and the view.
His mouth opened, about to speak, perhaps scream, but I quickly grabbed his mouth shut.
    "Sssshhh..." I whispered.
I pointed up, and he noticed Robo's face right above him.
His face scrunched up as he turned towards me again.
"Where... where is he taking us?" He whispered.
    "I... I don't know." I answered softly.
"CAPTAIN! My dear lord..." A loud voice boomed.
The loud voice echoed through the area. My ears rang by how loud the voice was.
Katy and Blab also woke up from the voice, and they seemed confused and horrified.
The view was still terribly dark. I was only able to see the feet of the person speaking.
"Captain... we have brought the people you want dead to you... perhaps you could use them."
There was a pause of silence. I heard a bit of shuffling, then I heard some steps.
"...However... this is only half of the people you want dead. We're not sure where the others are."
    "...Mystery." Someone whispered.
Then a bright light blinded my view.
It was then white for a couple seconds, then the brightness faded.
The candles against the wall had blue fire, flaming on the wick of the candles. The wax slowly dribbled down it's body.
All the Gods except for Robo who was still holding onto us were in front of us, looking at someone who was turning around with a long, dark robe like a vampire's suit.
He turned around, and it was Captain Jack.

"Hello ladies... and dog." He giggled as he grinned his rotten, yellow teeth.
He walked towards us. First he walked right up to my face.
I felt Sandy shiver next to me. I gulped.
His breath tickled my nose. I could smell the scent of smoke. I scrunched up my face.
"Heh heh... stupid little brat." He slapped my face, hard. I narrowed my eyebrows, almost about to swear.
He walked over to Sandy and bent his knees. He spat right on his forehead.
Sandy then shook his head. Captain Jack laughed.
He walked to Katy. I thought he'd slap her, but he did nothing. He just smiled then walked to Blab.
Sandy looked at me, seeming confused. I was confused too.
Finally, he turned to Blab. I saw a tear slowly crawl down its cheek.
"Blab... my little granddaughter... betrayed the darkness that your grandfather owns..." He slowly touched her cheek.
"She is your GRANDDAUGHTER?!" Sandy screamed.

Blab looked horrified, almost paralysed. She gave a shocked look at Captain Jack.
"What... but... no... you told me that... that a clone... was..." She lost her words. She looked down.
    He grinned and giggled.
"NO... NO! ITS NOT POSSIBLE! NO!" She screamed and sobbed.
She began to sob. Katy patted her back.
"With that said... SnakeHammer?" He said.
    SnakeHammer then came towards us.
I heard lightning thunder above us.
    "Game over... lads." He giggled.
Suddenly, Finn then pushed him to the ground.
He grabbed Pikachu and threw it against the wall before it could attack him.
    "FINN!" Crystal cried.
Robo dropped us to the ground and got it's sword.
He swung it at Finn, but he jumped out of the way.
We quickly got on our feet and ran away from them.
"We must try and find the nearest exit!" Sandy gasped.
We saw a door. We opened the door and slammed it as soon as we all fit in.
I turned the switch on. The light went on.

I sat on the ground to catch my breath. I leaned against the door.
The rest also sat next to me. I closed my eyes and concentrated on my breathing.
"Louise... look." I heard Sandy gasp.
I opened my eyes, and someone was in front of us, on it's knees.
I quickly got up and walked towards the stranger.
It slowly raised its head, and I couldn't believe my eyes.
    "Kry..." I whispered.
A large cut was on the side of his cheek.
"Free me... from the pain... please..." I whispered.
I almost got a heart attack when I heard a giant thud.
I turned around, and FINN was in here.
He slammed the door and locked it. He turned towards us with sweat all over his face.
    "Hey, why are you-"
    "Sh." Finn hissed at Katy.
We heard smashing on the door.
"FINN! You hear me? Unlock this door now! Otherwise Pikachu will eat your skull!" I heard SnakeHammer yell.
I could see Finn's hands shake, then he turned to us.
"You, cut the chains on Kry's hands. You, stay at the door and don't let anyone get in. And you two, dig there. There's a hole that leads straight to the wilderness away from Captain Jack. Now get to work, GO!" He commanded.
I had to help Sandy dig into the hole. The hole looked different from the bricks, so it did look like an exit.
Sandy's claws were quite sharp, perfect for digging, so I let him do most of the work.

He was now deep into the hole. One of the chains on Kry's hands was free. Katy continued to try and unlock the other one.
Blab and Finn continued to lean against the door. Then a giant sword stuck out of the door, almost stabbing Blab.
Blab screamed. I began to sweat.
    "Hurry!" I cried.
"Hey, I ain't a slave! Gimmie more time! These claws are using only used to scratch my ears!" He grunted.
I heard the Gods shout louder. Then the door slowly creeped open.
Blab began to sob. I saw the bunch of arms wiggle around, trying to grab something.
"FINN! LET US IN NOW!" SnakeHammer began to shout louder.
"Ah! I see light! One more second!" Sandy cheered.
"Annnd... NOW! GET IN!" Sandy shouted.
The final chain was unlocked. We leaped into the hole and crawled as fast as we could.
The door slammed open. But before they could grab our legs, we were in the wilderness.
We rushed towards the forest away from them.
We stopped at a bunch of rocks. We sat on the rocks and caught our breath.
Blab sat next to Kry to check if he had any serious injuries. Finn sat alone on a rock further away.
I walked up to him, he looked at me.
"Why did you help us escape?" I asked.
    He bit his lip.
"Those guys treated me like slaves while Captain Jack used me like a stool. Not only that, but they also attacked everything I loved... including dolphins." He explained.
"I am not going back, never. I want to kill them, give them revenge for what they did to me." He continued.
I turned around. Katy seemed interested in what Finn had to say. I was too.
"Do you have a name other than Finn?" I asked.
    He raised his eyebrows.
"No... but I am no longer Finn... the old Finn is gone now... I must have a different name to replace my history." He said.
I turned around. "Any name suggestions?"
    They all shrugged.
I turned back at Finn, looking disappointed.
    "How about... Harry." I suggested.
He thought for a bit, then let out a big grin.
"Alright... Harry it is then!" He laughed.
"Louise... we're getting off topic." Sandy said.
    "How?"
"Twage, Agent S and Undead are still missing. We must find them before Captain Jack can find them." Sandy explained.

    Chapter 9 - The Tower
I walked back to Harry. He looked up at me with a blank look.
"Do you know where my friends are?" I questioned.
    He thought for a moment.
"They must've gone to the next universe..." He explained.
    Everyone then surrounded him.
    "...The next universe?" Kry gasped.
"Indeed. One of your friends knows how to travel through time. He may have already transported to the next universe... All I know about the next universe is that there is a furious creature that lurks around the next planet, and can control life's most valuable gift... and it can only use that gift wisely or with wrath."
We looked at each other. The next adventure doesn't seem to ring anyone's mind, not even Kry's.
"The only person who knows all the adventures clearly is Undead. But he may be gone already." Kry explained.
"How do we get to the next world then?" Blab asked, sounding like she may cry.
"Captain Jack has the power to also travel through the world... but convincing him to do so may lead to death." Harry sighed.
    "I can do it."
We quickly turned to that comment. Katy stood tall, looking brave.
"But that's impossible! He'll probably chop your neck off as soon as he sees you!" Sandy cried.
    "Trust me..." She whispered.
We stared at her deeply. Kry let out a sigh.
"Fine. But you better hurry. The others may be in danger." Kry commented.

We slowly sneaked towards the highest tower of all.
I leant my ear against the wall. I could hear everything clearly.
"This wall is quite thin. Sandy, can you dig straight into it?" I questioned.
He nodded and waddled to the wall. It took a couple of minutes until he finally reached the inside.
We crawled through and looked at our surroundings.
Everything was made of black stained glass. This tower looked like it cost a fortune. There was even an ice sculpture of Captain Jack, standing on a skull holding a spear up high.
Black chandeliers hung from the ceilings with round, light blue bulbs attached to it.
"Wow... Captain Jack sure is one rich guy." Sandy commented.
"Katy, you go up those stairs and find Captain Jack. Once you find him, you then come back to us and tell him what floor he is on. Everyone else, place these bombs all around this room." Harry explained.
"...and if things go wrong, then use my wand, Louise." He continued.
I looked at my belt, and the wand with the little dolphin on top was tucked into my belt.
I pulled it out and held it tight in my fist.
He handed out small packets of grenades. Everyone then went in different directions, placing grenades all over the place.
Half of the grenades were used on the ice sculpture, though. Kry prayed that the head on the sculpture would pop off and land in the bin, which was at the corner of the room.

All the grenades were almost set. However, we haven't heard from Katy yet.
"Do you think Captain Jack killed her?" Blab cried.
    "Who knows." Kry shrugged.
    "WHAT are you doing?!"
A large voice shouted across the area. Everyone froze.
I turned towards the stairs, and Captain Jack stood there with Katy besides him.
He took a moment to examine the view, then he laughed.
"It's already too late. I am victorious! I have proven to be the greatest scientist of all and I have destroyed half of my foes..." He giggled.
"Half of... your foes?" I gasped.
That could only mean... that Undead, Twage and Agent S were dead.
"You... you killed them?!" Blab burst out crying.
Captain Jack then let out a bursting laugh.
    He then noticed Harry.
"Ahhhh, Finn my boy.... they don't deserve you! Come back to your papa and join your brothers and sisters."
Captain Jack then brought his hands out, like he wanted to give him a hug.
"I am no longer Finn... and I am no longer your slave..." He hissed.
Captain Jack frowned and dropped his hands.
"Fine then. Say goodbye." He suddenly got out a pistol and aimed it at Harry.
He pulled the trigger. The bullet was shot.
Suddenly, the rod in my hand shook and a dolphin flew out in front of Harry.
I saw blood burst out of its skin. It then flopped to the ground.
    "NO!" Harry cried.
He rushed to the dolphin, laying on the ground that created a pond of blood.
Harry started to cry, while Captain Jack giggled.
Harry slowly stood up and looked at Captain Jack.
    "Farewell... Captain." He whispered.
The grenades then burst. Dust and dirt blew into my face.
It was then pitch black. I couldn't move or speak. I thought death corrupted my body...
until I finally saw a light.

The light faded into my view. I slowly got up and looked around.
We were on a field with just grass. Everyone else was on the ground but started to slowly get up.
"How... how did we escape that alive?" Blab gasped.
"Only Undead can do that..." Kry explained.
"...He must've sensed us in danger..." He continued.
I looked to my side, and the tower we were just in was a mess. Giant shards of glass scattered around the place. The tower fell on the other towers as well. Smoke surrounded the area. It was a pleasant sight.
We then heard a vortex sound. In the distance, I saw Captain Jack walk out of a portal, looking unharmed with Katy, also beside him.
Kry also saw him and quickly rushed towards him.
He grabbed the pistol in his hand and pressed it against his head.
We rushed towards him and stared at them.
    "Say goodbye, Captain!" Kry shouted.
Katy quickly pushed Kry out of the way.
He dropped the gun and Katy quickly swiped it and aimed it at Kry.
"What the heck? Katy! Why did you do that!" Kry shouted.
    "We need him!" He sobbed.
She looked at him with deep concentration.
    "Captain Jack..." She whispered.
He gave a frown then raised his hand.
Dark energy swirled in his hand, then got shot and created a portal.
"The next universe awaits! Let's go!" Sandy cheered.
They all entered the portal. I was about to enter it until Captain Jack said something.

"By the way... I'm not talking about your friends that I killed... I'm talking about the ones you have met... over the mountain."
I turned around at him. At the corner of my view was smoke.
I ran up a small hill, and I couldn't believe my view.
The village was covered in flames. All the homes had collapsed. Then I saw the Gods next to it, laughing and high-fiving each other including SnakeHammer, laughing the most.
I scrunched up my fist. I wanted to run towards them and punch them right in the guts.
A giant explosion almost gave me a heart attack rung my ears.
I jumped and quickly looked around to see if I was affected.
Then I noticed the rod in my hand. The top of it was cut off.
I looked up, and Captain Jack was aiming the pistol at me. The pistol had smoke flowing out of it.
I looked at the wand again, and it exploded into a light blue puff of smoke.
I coughed and wheezed. I looked around to try and find an escape.
I heard gun shots and grunting, then I saw a purple light.
I slowly walked towards it. Then I realised it was the portal.
I quickly rushed to it and jumped straight inside.

I landed on my stomach and coughed.
I felt someone helping me get up. My friends were there, looking worried.
"What took you so long? The portal was about to vanish!" Sandy shouted.
"I saw the village... it was destroyed by the Gods..." I said.
I then walked towards Harry, looking blank.
"Captain Jack also... broke your rod... I'm sorry..." I said calmly.
His eyebrows raised. He touched his chest.
He slowly dropped to the ground with his hand still on his chest.
    "Oh god..." He gasped.
Blab came over to him and patted his back and comforted him.
I examined the view we were in. We were in a forest with crowds of trees in the distance, like an infinite forest.
I saw birds and creatures run and fly around. It was quite a breathtaking view.
    Suddenly, everything froze.
After a second, I gasped. Everyone else also started to breathe heavily.
"What was that? Why did we suddenly freeze?" Sandy gasped.
    "I don't know!" Harry shouted.
We suddenly froze again. This time for 5 seconds.
When we were released, Blab started to panic.
"The amount of time being frozen is starting to get longer! We must find the source of whats making this happen!" Harry paniced.
