Probably the only youtubers I've seen on Minecraft is Jerry, Harry and Saul.

Waaaay back in Skyblock where you had emeralds instead of money, I saw Jerry at the spawn (The spawn was tiny).
I also saw Jerry in a newer spawn but I'm pretty sure it got greifed somehow... I saw him right in front of the gate which leaded to the donation islands.
And in the hub I saw saul and I'm sure I said something like 'How are you' and he responded. (Can't remember what he said tho... lol)

I think that him being a staff member and all, he knows what is advertising and not. Plus, it's just showing the IP. Not telling anybody to join. Advertising is more like "HEY GUYS, come join SwagServerMC (dot) net today!!! Not just showing the IP in a screenshot or whatnot.
