Hi, Unfortunately I don't think we will be able to refund your items without proper evidence (such as a video recording before the restart). In order to prevent this from happening in the future, can you explain to us the specifics of what you were doing before the restart to cause this bug? Additionally, staff/players may help return your lost items, but only if they wish to and at their own expense. I don't speak on his behalf, but @Ezzerland may be able to help you.
Could you explain a little bit more about this? I've been present and in active combat multiple times when the server restarted and have never had this issue.
Right before the restart had happened, I was combat tagged. Then i logged back in and was dead with my gear and emeralds all gone.
Confirmed with logs, I have placed emeralds in your 3rd player vault and the bug will be fixed. Thank you for reporting
