FIXED. Villager Breeding

Detailed description of bug: Villagers won't breed. There are hearts from both villagers, but no baby afterwards, I've been watching intermittently for about 2 hours now and every time there isn't a baby. All 1.8 conditions for breeding are being met as far as I can tell. However, I'm not certain if the brown coat has thrown any carrots at the other villager or not, or if they are even able to. It is at the point where the brown coat has stopped farming the carrots because their inventory is full enough to not warrant farming anymore -- their inventory isn't full though, just full enough

Edit: something changed and they are now breeding. I didn't touch the breeder or anything, not sure what it was.
