Detailed description of bug:
Not much of a bug but this still needs to be addressed.


A diamond block's sell price is $162 and you can buy it for $282

Each Diamond is worth $18.75 in selling. You can buy 1 diamond for $31.25. A total of 9 diamonds would be $281.25. This is $0.75 LESS than buying 1 diamond block.

So if x16 Diamonds would sell for $300, then a total of x9 diamonds would make:


People would be getting ripped off just by selling diamond blocks rather than 9 diamonds from each diamond block made. The currency should be the same since they are the same. If the items that can be turned into blocks sell for more than the blocks, then what would be the point in selling blocks then?

This is not just the case for diamond blocks. Apparently, the others are the having a similar pricing situation as well (Emeralds, Lapis, Gold, Iron, Coal, and Redstone).

9 of those items sell for more and cost less than the blocks they could form into.

It's the fact that they are the same number of items but they aren't the same price. I'm just pointing that out.

Block of particular ore: Cost Less
Ores (9 to make block of ore): Sells more
And this is the case for all of the "Block of ores" not just diamond.
