You don't see it as spam because you understand the point of the thread whilst most of us don't. It's not really hard to give examples of this.
That's the problem. We can't. Off-Topic and random spam are sometimes literally spammed with anime threads.
Actually it says how many members there are under the "online members" tab
It isn't ,look at @Warden_Creeper 's number. It says 11849 while there are about 8.500 members on the forums.
