@Sool By golly mate, you've only been staff for about 2 weeks, it's a bit too early to evaluate yourself at this point, don't you think? I'm not gonna comment on anything confidential but you're actually doing a really good job for a new staff member.
Someone who hasn't been a former staff without prior experience of dealing with drama that just inevitably happens (because it's the internet) which is now being thrown in your face, and you're doing a good job of dealing with it. I haven't seen you throw any fits, you don't whinge and sulk, but you take it like a champ.
This is exactly part of what I personally want to see in a staff member. They made a good choice picking you. Keep at it my boy, this will contribute to your next promotion.
