Special Crate Bug

    Details:
    Unable to unlock the special crate using special keys. Also, not sure if it happens to everyone or only to players who haven't purchased any keys from the server store.

    How did you or the person who you received the key from get the crate key? It seems to be invalid, it's showing as a gold color instead of yellow.

    Oh, the keys are Joqes'. They got it from another player in exchange of in-game items. I'm guessing she got scammed with invalid keys that are renamed using hack clients?

    It's not possible to rename items in KitPVP using a hacked client. The old Special keys before the reset were like that, I think maybe some of the keys that were re-given to players who bought keys within 7 days before the reset may be bugged. In any case newly bought keys should work fine
