Hello! I am hosting a competition, this competition will have 11 questions, answer as many as you can. Googling the answers is strictly prohibited.
Even though there's no way for me to know, i trust that you won't cheat.
Lets begin!


Q1: How many squares on a chess board?

Q2: If you have it, you want to share it. If you share it, you don’t have it. What is it?

Q3: The more you have of it, the less you see. What is it?

Q4: What gets whiter the dirtier it gets?

Q5: How many bricks does it take to complete a building made of brick?

Q6: What goes up and never comes down?

Q7: There is a one story house. Everything is Blue. The walls are blue. The windows are blue. The roof is blue. The tables are blue. The chairs are blue. The beds are blue. The books are Blue. The curtains are blue. Everything is Blue. What colour are the stairs?

Q8: You have a barrel of oil and want to work out how much of it is one gallon. How do you do it with only a 3 gallon and a 5 gallon tub?

Q9: A Mum and a Dad have four daughters. Each daughter has a brother. How many are in the family?

Q10: If I say, ‘Everything I say is a lie.’ am i telling you the truth or a lie?

Q11: While exploring the wild highlands of Ireland, Jack was captured by Goblins. The goblins told Robert that he could make one statement before he died. His statement would decide weather he would be boiled in water or fried in oil. If his statement was True he would be fried in oil. If his statement was False he would be boiled in water. Since Jack didn’t like either method of death, he made a statement that made the goblins release him. What is the one statement that he could have used?

1. Trick question (kinda) There are multiple sized squares, so 204. (had to pull my chessboard out XD)

2. Secret

3. Darkness (heard this before)

5. Trick question- it's the last one :p (so the answer is one)

6. Age :D

7. There are no stairs (easy xD)

8. Pour 3 Gallons in the 5 gallon, fill up the 3 gallon, and fill the 5 gallon. 1 gallon in the 3 gallon container

9. 5 kids and 2 parents so 7 total

10. There is no answer

11. Jack should say "You will boil me in water" (heard one similar)

1 brother, 4 daughters, 2 parents

If it's truth, then it cancels out. If it's a lie, you told the truth and it cancels out. TRICK QUESTION
