Already messing around with the new features c;

Spectral Arrow (Pink thing on the left) doesn't seem to have a texture yet xD

 

I explored around, Mojang still has a lot of stuff to implement, the shuckers and end city and end dungeons don't span in naturally. It's pretty cool, but it's still a rough draft as of now.

 

Kewl did they put the armours in the snapshot?

 

I don't think that any new armour has been added, but there is a a new inventory slot of what looks to be a shield if that is what you mean, that why in the screenshot I'm duel wielding.

 

They are adding new armor I am fan girl I mean boy

 

They will add shields in an upcoming snapshot. You can decorate your shield by crafting it together with a banner. Swords can no longer block; shields will hold that feature.

Am I the only one that thinks an arrow tipped with a potion of healing is useless?

 

Yep healing arrows are useless.Most of the arrows are sorta of useless like the strength ones I mean are u gonna help ur opponent.The spectral arrow is useful

 

I played a bit with the snapshot, but it is still really buggy xD

I know right it is literally going to be a totally new game basically. :)

 

That's what I'm skeptical about... The new update could completely change what MC is. Maybe it might bring some spark back so I would play it again for sometime. Maybe it could further damage the game...

 

Yeah I know right Minecraft has really kind of gone down hill hopefully 1.9 is good. Only thing I play on MC is J&H.

They should make the little portal thing to the PurPur place look better and harder to find. Maybe like inside of the floating island of endstone so you have to try and dig without falling off. Then have to try and dig into a room with a bit of loot with a portal leading to the area. That would be better and awesomer but this update actually looks pretty cool :D But I don't understand why people are saying 'Pvp in Minecraft will now be ruined cause of 1.9' . Is it cause in the next snapshot there going to add something... bad?

Anyway thanks for the video :) Pretty damn excited.

 

minecraft is over for me tbh
this update looks like modded minecraft, like tekkit or something.
i only come on too talk to friends & play a minigame occasionally
