I (and some others) are being rubberbanded, having trouble clicking the signs in the shop, and trouble typing in chat.
I was having the same issue and I restarted my router and it fixed the issue, suggest that you do the same.
It did eventually stop, but since it was happening to multiple people I assumed it had something do with the server and not with wifi.
