[Factions] Unable to sethome in claimed territory near Koths

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: FACTIONS

    Detailed description of bug: Unable to sethome in claimed territory near Koths

    At least near the Shrine Koth (I didn't test all) we are unable to sethome at our own claim on the edge of the warzone for about 10 blocks in. We can build, just not set home. Please fix this @ItsHarry 2018-08-15_13.02.48.png
