My GalaxyCS 'account had a very nice 300 spawner island but it was called BombaciOpti. I changed my name but I could not enter it because I was banished. Somebody else took and used it.

You need a Mod+ to change your signs.

If you change your name and someone takes the name you just changed from, then you would of course still be the owner of the island.

Is that what you were concerned for? Or did I misunderstand you?

The issue is that the user lost their island upon name change.
This glitch has been encountered before with the IslandWorld plugin because it used to go off Username as the owner instead of account UUID. So if someone changed their name, but never came back on the server so their name never updated, then the user who took the other persons previous IGN could log on and keep the island.
This bug is already known but is incredibly hard to come by, which is why Harry hasn't attempted to fix it yet.

It was fixed by me on Dec 7, 2017

GalaxyCS is a banned account, the reporter is most likely lying.
