Detailed description of bug: A couple days ago, the alerts were working fine as usual. Then I started to reviece alerts by hovering alerts. But it didn't show up next to my UmaruChan near Inbox. So when I hover over UmaruChan there is no alerts, it usually pops up next to UmaruChan, but it pops up in alerts. This is confusing.

Refreshing your browser will fix the issue. This is most likely a visual glitch. This usually occurs when you have alerts and you get another alert at the exact time you hover over it.

Does this happen in the situation I explained above, or is it constant (i.e. refreshing does nothing)?

 

That is nothing J&H can fix, for example someone maybe followed and unfollowed you, but it doesn't say it if you do it quickly along with if some of your posts get deleted. You'll earn an alert but nothing will appear, that's a thing or a general bug from XenForo's side not this forums alone.

 

I already tried to refresh and change browser, nothing happens at all. It started a couple days ago and I don't know what to do..

 

Log out and back in, but if not, it's a visual glitch as @Serayne said.

Visual Glitch by the looks of this. I think you should Google the problem, and include Xenforo in the title.

It's because your theme is "Itsjerryandharry Non-Responsive". At the bottom of the page, you can switch between that and "Itsjerryandharry".
Itsjerryandharry Non-Responsive only adds the "1" next to Alerts and not next to your name.
