Finished em all. I almost cried at Clay's tape but, I didn't. And almost when Hannah killed herself. Am I heartless yet.
I'll probably watch it at some point this month lol. But I very rarely cry so we'll see if I'm heartless or not (;
i watched two episodes and i think its an okay show. i think people over hyped it just a little, but i guess i'll see when i finish it
KINDA SPOILERS warned you man I just finished watching, and I gotta say that stuff was so stressful and tense Seeing how it relates to us as a whole and how the series shows the tragic story of a girl who suffered through depression, it just seems like something we normally wouldn't see day to day but in reality it happens more than we think. The series hit home because I've dealt with on and off depression, alongside some members of my family. The story is fake oc but it makes me realize how fucking good I have things, but I'm still related to Hannah because sometimes I can't realize that. What this series really made me realize, though, was the effect suicide can have on others, not just your family. I'm depressed, you probably know, and I've thought (never tried/thought to an extent) about suicide when I'm really in a dark position. Everyone you've known, everyone you love, everyone you hate, is affected in some way. That's why we should all use common sense in the difficult situations like this show has shown as examples. Overall, it hit me hard..really hard watching this. When I saw those notices before those few last episodes about the graphic content to be shown, my heart kinda skipped a beat and I thought to myself "Can I watch this..will I be alright watching this..". Truth is, I had to look away..but I could still hear and feel what was going on because it felt so..real. I suggest watching "13 Reasons Why: Behind the reasons" if you haven't (comes right after the last episode of the season) Talking about seasons, I personally hope they make a new one. I really want to see what happens next, especially with all the cliffhangers at the end.
before you watch it!! im glad before i watched that I was informed of certain triggers. I'm glad that I knew what to skip/ look away at. I've got a lot of feelings but I can't really form them right now
i didnt also but it was really heartbreaking when she said "clay, helmet..." like she was sO BROKEN i cry at nothing ithink im really heartless pretty sure a s2 has been confirmed! I agree, it really reminds you that your actions can hurt someone as well thanks for the trigger warning!! also JEFF ATKINS DESERVED BETTER
It's definitely worth watching. Just beware, there's profane language throughout and it dives into some deep..deep stuff. It also feels real af, so just know that if you're going to watch. But yes, I personally recommend as it brings a strong message
Well I just finished watching it also. Spoiler: Spoiler Not gonna lie, I turned away on the last episode when she first slit her wrist. I watched the rest, but was kind of uncomfortable. I don't really like seeing that stuff. Gets you thinking y'know? Other than that, it was worth watching and I enjoyed it I suppose. Back to supernatural now lol
Spoiler: I tried 1. Relates to teens 2. Addicting 3. No need to wait for more episodes, as they are all already out 4. Based off a best-seller mystery novel 5. It feels "real", if you get what I'm saying 6. Great cast, amazing actors 7. Goes through a big problem with teens 8. Dramatic 9. Impactful 10. Has foul language, if you're up for it 11. Pace of the story gets deeper and more interesting as the episodes go on, relating to the addicting point 12. Time-killer, as each episode is lengthy 13. Can make you rethink some stuff
