My thread explains it better, but over time I have been losing interest and have had to be extremely inactive due to commitments IRL. Because of this, I grew rusty, out of touch with the community and my duties as staff.
I found myself forgetting protocols, commands; I ultimately stayed so long because of the connections I made, but I decided enough was enough - the position was more important and I didn't see myself fit to fulfill it anymore
