I feel like you guys need to tone it down a little. You don't need to reply to EVERY SINGLE thing people say, sometimes they just want to let out their frustration and you guys start defending yourself. Even admins do it.
When I was staff, there were ten times as many complaints if not more, and when staff replied when it wasn't necessary, someone would tell them not to.
Point is, it makes you guys look unprofessional and it feeds people's emotions. They're already frustrated, trying to defend and justify yourselves just makes them hate staff even more.
I'm mainly talking about the resets. Just let it happen guys, there's no need to explain yourselves and tackle each person that's hurt by losing all their stuff.
It also happens a lot on the server. High ranked staff feed trolls all the time, and when I ask them why they're doing it, they say "because I'm bored" or something along the lines. It's really unprofessional... Just stay a little more quiet unless you have to say something. It'll make things better, trust me.
