I already submitted one back in July, and it hasn't gotten a reply yet. I understand if the Staff is busy, but I wanted to make sure it was actually viewed by staff.

No default / donators can see the app, only staff can. So staff is viewing your threads, just not the right ones.

So, they can see this one, but not my Staff Application?

have you read the staff app format? it says you might not receive a response. you only have 1 post so it's no surprise you haven't been selected for an interview
