The reason I'm not reapplying is because I know why I resigned and I was very confident that my time was over before I did it. It's something I see in almost every staff member that reapplied - they got bored quickly. They just couldn't stop themselves from trying it again. It won't be as exciting to do it all over again.

Plus the server is way smaller now and there's barely any drama compared to what we used to have. I know I'll get tired of it after about a week :P

True. I'm only expecting a few years left before it's more of a "group" than a community.

The life as a normal member is way calmer and I feel more open to express my opinions without constantly trying to be impressive.

I'm sure it'll stay a community until the server will shut down, but I doubt it'll largely grow.
