I have a villager powered auto-carrot farm by Unarybit designed for the farmer to never idle. It works flawlessly in single player and on an SMP I have with friends. However, for some reason whenever the villager is outside of an estimated 7 block radius from the player, the villager begins to stutter, and if left in this stutter step state for long enough, the villager goes idle. If the player goes towards the villager, it returns to normal speed and pathfinding. This is not a visual glitch because if it were, the villager would continue to farm carrots as intended
