Very important question!

How do I report a bully without starting a flame war and making everyone mad at me?
When I try to say that I am being bullied, everyone always takes the bully's side and make it seem like its all my fault that I am getting bullied... And then I am the one who gets punished... Plus I can't even defend my friends without having the same problem... So can someone please help me figure this out?

 

Why would a flame war get started if you report someone for bullying? And that we are on the bullies side wtf? If you get bullied and have proof of it just report it. I dont really see the problem.

 

Well the past few threads I made about being bullied, have started flame wars and everyone has taken the bullies's sides and punish me for saying that someone is bullying me... Claiming that I am in the wrong and that they have not done anything wrong, and for some reason everyone believes their side of the story...

 

They always have to find what's negative about what I say in the reports and use it against me...

 

How do I tell people who is bullying me without telling them who the bully is?

Because I apparently have to leave out the bully's name and info in the report to avoid a flame war

So, expressing your opinion is now "Bullying"? Shouldn't you have been bullying the server for expressing your opinions on TS last night? Funny how im the only one getting bashed for doing so. Hypocrites.

Also, expressing your opinion is even a "Flame War". Ofc it is. It was a conversation. It wasn't a flame war, seeing as you didn't respond to us and we didn't keep going back and forth with rude comments. But seeing as you were really being the one being rude to me, this is just stupid. Stop being so hypocritical.

Roc, when you call Pyro and Spicy bullies, and everyone knows that they aren't, then why are they doing a bad thing?
How have they been bullying? They haven't been.
If you call them bullies when they haven't been bullying, then doesn't that make your a bully too?

This is a definition of a bully, someone who uses power and strength to intimidate others. You say Pyro and Spicy are bullies. Do their behaviours match with the description? You tell me.

Also Roc, this isn't about people sticking up for bullies. We aren't their followers. We simply agree with their perspective on that matter, much like when someone agrees with you. It doesn't mean we just agree because we agree with thatperson, more like we just coincidentally agree with something, so don't think we all dislike you, we just all have different opinions, that's all.

 

This type of situation is meant to be discussed with a staff member directly if the person reporting it finds it that much of a big deal, not to be posted on here where anyone who believes they can contribute.. does so.
But on a smaller note... what Homie said. Case closed, any proof provided needs to be messaged to a staff member.
