Sometimes, while playing on this server, i get kicked. I will post a screenshot. Can anyone explain what is going on and what it means? 2016-07-14_10.33.34.png

It means you're lagging too much.

This is caused by doing too many steps/events within a certain time period, similar to the "Kicked for flying" error. It happens when you have a bad connection/ping to the server and/or are lagging badly.

I'm not sure what Anti-Cheat the server has but here is a wiki that somewhat explains it.

One way to fix it is by adding more memory to Minecraft which you can learn how to do here.

    ??

I get this all the time, no idea why. Definitely doesn't have anything to do with the RAM since I have too more than enough allocated already.

LolNope. If I had one, it'd most likely be "SmolSkel"
I'm pretty sure it means packet of data/information, so it could be anything. It may be to prevent IV flooding.

Basically (said above) it is an anti-cheat plugin. If you lag, then all your movements might add up to one movement and you will be kicked for "Too many packets"
