TIPS FOR HELPER APPLICATION! (HELPFUL)

Hey guys! My name is NerdyPancakes and today im going to show you some tips for the staff application.

TIP #1. On the server, if you notice a helper in any game or lobby as you, ask everyone how there day went and if they need help with any questions. The staff will think you are kind and are ready for helper as you are helping people answer questions which is a big role in helper.

TIP #2. DONT lie on your helper application, they will know. for example, if you are 10 years old and this server requiers over 13 and older and you lie about being 10 and saying your 14, you will have teamspeak and 14 year olds are more mature, They will notice by whatever you do or say. Heres the thing, most 14 year olds voices have dropped, 10 year olds? Not so much.

TIP #3. Always be kind to EVERYONE! you never know who else could be on a lobby/game with you. I was on the server once and I was playing spleef, This person who just died said "I hate you all, I hope you all die in hell, your all worthless". Im pretty sure he got banned, also dont be rude because if you do get temporarily banned so you to say it on your trainee application.

QUICK TIPS FOR YOUR APPLICATION

QUICK TIPS #1: Spell everything correctly, also make sure you use fullstops and commas. This make you look tidy and proffesional.
QUICK TIPS #2: Take your time! The people who check your application are proffesionals and will know if you just rushed it to have your dinner or go outside. You always need to take your time so it looks neat.
QUICK TIPS #3: Be kind to the helpers and mods, they put in a lot of time making sure the server stays amazing. Next time you see a helper say "congratulations on helper, you deserved it". They will surely love you if you say those key words.

You should always do this. The Staff will know if you only do it around them.

I don't think that requires a ban. Since it is pretty much a death threat/wish, I believe it is a warning for harassment. Of course if it is your fifth warning then it requires a 1 day tempban.

 

I believe it was his 5th warning.

I'm gonna be honest here..
The best tip I can give is to be yourself. Staff want to see how you are, not a person that isn't actually yourself. You're better off being yourself and gettinstaff then being "fake" and getting staff..

I act myself most of the time, but there is an extent to when or how you act yourself (beautiful English I know). Some of your points I can agree on, like don't lie on your application, spell things correctly, look professional and more.. But to be someone who you aren't.. Isn't good. You have to want to help, not help because you HAVE to. It's like a real job, if you don't like your job, you'll be miserable. You have love what your doing.

Well sometimes being yourself can get you into a whole latta trouble XD Specially if you are crazy or weird af :P

 

yeah but as soon as you bring "yourself" to the table, they wonder what happened and you didn't say any of this on your application or brought it to a staff members attention.

What I'm mainly trying to say, is lying will get you into more trouble, then being yourself and getting in trouble.. therefore they know who you truly are and how you act because you said how you are with other people. Get what I'm saying?

Also when you deny people's applications try to actually say it in a nice way cause you were incredibly rude

 

They just state you were denied.

 

We state why you were denied.. there are no intention on being rude. We say you were denied, why, and when you can apply again.. It's normal.
