Skyblock Glitching Out

Dear J&H Community,

Today, I was logging in, but once I logged in, the skyblock server (server 1) glitched me out through the floor of my island, eventually causing me to fall to the void and die. I lost quite a few valuable items such as tools, diamonds, etc. I am not asking for the items back, but I would like the staff to review the problem. You may be wondering "Since you are a herobrine, can't you type /fly?". The answer is yes. I could've had typed it, but when I started typing, I was already getting health off because of the void, and I am not that much of a fast typer.
