Hi all, reporting a sad thing about the shooting in London. So I read this on BBC, and apparently there was this woman, named Ashya Frade, who was the first identified victim in the shooting. "Aysha Frade, 43 is the first member of the public to be identified as a victim. The mother-of-two was reportedly crossing Westminster Bridge to collect her children from school when she was killed.. " -BBC News. I just felt like crap when I first heard this. It all just happened so sudden, and I think nobody was expecting this. Leave your thoughts in the replies. (Check my other thread about the shooting: http://itsjerryandharry.com/threads/shootings-in-london.106425/)
why did you find all these so shocking I mean many terrorist attacks have happened, why is this one so special?
I mean, she was picking up her kids from school, when suddenly she got shot at and then died, that's pretty much it. Because the woman never expected this to happen. It just... shocked me, I don't really know how to explain it.
That's just depressing. She was picking her kids up from school, just like any normal mom would. And she died. I almost cried. ;n;
I don't understand your point. Just because something has already happened, doesn't mean it should go unnoticed when it happens again. Terrorist attacks do happen frequently so it isn't a big 'surprise' when one happens, but I'm pretty sure this one hasn't been classed more or less "special" than others - it's called other people being respectful and mourning/feeling sorrow for those who have died, been injured or affected by the incident.
