It makes the applications more organized. Think about how much space the denied apps took up when Devin and Magical went around denying them. It pushed the current apps so far back, no one could really find them to give their thoughts and comments. This takes those spammy apps and organizes them. Also, the accepted apps are easy to find for people that need inspiration for his/her app, and it helps people get a good idea of what an accepted/good app looks like.
