Lucid... fear?

I had a fear of some ghostly pokemon sprite of lavender town and the original music to it one of the frequensies may say LEAVE NOW in Unown letters with that sprite that was the boss I guess in original PKMN Red and Blue I was really scared then I managed to think of other things FOR THE FIRST TIME and then I called it Lucid fear if someone else have done similiar say in comments what u called it because I called it lucid fear so awesome.

 

Lucid fear? As in you fear something voluntarily, and that thing didn't do anything to scare you?
It doesn't make sense...
