'Kicked for flying' when being ridden by someone

Detailed description of bug:
It's a common bug in the IJAH Network. When a person who has access to the /ride command start riding you, there's a big possibility that you get 'kicked for flying'. I did notice that this bug is more common in 1.9.x versions than in 1.8.x versions. The bug doesn't enable only to me, but to many other people. This bug needs to get fixed as soon as possible.
