I thought microsoft was bad, I was wrong

So 2 years ago I lost full access to my first account, I tried all the solutions I could, or should I say I "knew", today I came across "How to contact outlook" on google I immediyetly tried it and got into a chat with what I supposed a bot, but turned out to be a real person because he even knows imgur and sent me a link of his profile, he redirected me to a account me specialist to was a literal saviour
