I need to come clean.

Okay, this is taking a lot of courage to make. please don't think less of me.

I've been lying about me. I'm not 13, and I don't live in Wisconsin. I only told a few people I knew i could trust with this, but I couldn't reveal it.
I'm really in 7th grade
I'm 12 years old
and I live in Illinois.
I knew i couldn't keep this forever. I'd rather this be sooner than later.

Its not that bad.
People keep secrets all the time, plus I wouldn't want someone to know where I live.
I know people already know, but lying about the state you live in is not that big of a deal.
Saying you're 13 when you are really 12 isn't bad...
It keeps you safe but could also be seen as lying.
In all honesty this does not effect my interpretation of you in anyway.
You are still a good friend of mine, and I am glad that you made this thread.

 

To be honest, I knew you were twelve. xD

We've all done things like that before. Would be weird if you claimed to be 16 but clearly didn't sound like it. An age difference of a year isn't too bad, so don't worry :)
