i just ran the 5k in 19:20 which is 613 maybe about for every mile. That is a kinda bad time but i dont practice long distance. I only do medium distance. I got 2:26 for the 800 about a month ago and got 5:00 last friday and was mad because i had gone for four minutes, and had missed it by a second. I had 6:15 on the mile in march, then jumped to 5:59. In the summer i got 5:50, then 5:43. I then got 5:35 in october, the beggining. I then got 5:27 in october as well, and then got a 5:20. I then got 5:15 all three in one month. In november, i got 5:13, and then last friday still november i got 5:00 flat. im improving pretty fast in my opinion.
