Homocide, Suicide, Accident, Manslaughter | Solving Case Game 2

Hey guys! Sorry if my first one made no sense. Time to read a lot. :D

2 - I will spill the answer when its on page 2-3 depending on how long it has been. So don't keep begging me about it. :3That's it! Alright. Now I shall give you a bit of into on the names.

Homicide - Murder (when another person intentionally kills somebody else)
Suicide - When somebody kills themselves.
Accident - Nobody's fault, it was a accidental death.
Removing manslaughter. :I
By the way, if its a homicide write WHO did the crime. :D

Scenario: A young, beautiful girl (Mary Kate), was found on the beaches of South Carolina on Augest 24, 2013. As investagators take a closer look at the body, they notice no damage to the body. They go to ask questions to the family.
The Mother - I don't know where she went! I mean we all went on a tr-! I said to much. ;-;
The Sister - We all went hiking on the mountain trail near the beach and then she fell. It was pure accident. Nobody bumped her, nothing.
You Ask - Was anybody else with you guys? Who was with you hiking?
The Sister - Just me and her and Mother.
They say they have nothing else more to say and you go back to the crime scene. As you go up the mountain trail to see where she fell off, you see that there was a knife and a small pool of blood. You start to realize that this was no Accident. You back to interagate the family.
Possible Suspects:
The Sister - I always knew she was better than me at everything and I was just sick of it!
The Mother - Yes, me and her got into a few fights sometimes about her thinking she is never good enough. But also about her father. Recently she slapped me for saying her father was dead.

Now it lies in the hands of you. What happened to Mary Kate? Did somebody push her off that cliff, or did she do this to herself, or did she accidently trip?

So there was Mary Kate with a friend of hers. It was actually her boyfriend. They were in a terrible fight and the boyfriend ended up r-ping her. After that ended Mary Kate damaged him so hard, but the boyfriend got so angry that he punched her to death. He forced her to take drugs. So she died.

 

Uh...You are kinda supposed to go by the story :3

 

Manslaughter. A killer Seagul attacked her and she stabbed it just before she fell off the cliff.

On the mountain, the sister pushed Mary Kate off because of jealousy while her mom wasn't looking. She throws a knife down aiming at her. Sadly the knife went exactly on Mary's heart, causing her to die.

Mom- Um, Where's Mary?
Sister - I don't know
Mom - Let's see if she fell off the mountain
Sister - Ok

*both gasp but Sister faking it*

Mom - This was a Homicide!

Sister - How?

Mom - There is a knife

And there they go, doomed and heartbroken
