    Hello, ItsSupreme here. I have had and still have a lot of stress because of irl stuff like School and... Well mostly school. The only thing I'm asking is if you could give some advice on how to chill a bit, because it's getting really annoying being anxious and nervous all the time. Thank you in advance.

    Right.. I've had this problem a lot in my years at school. A way to tackle it and be calm is to listen to music and zone out into your world, a world where everything is peaceful and everything is how you want it to be.

    And with the irl stuff, I think you should talk to someone who could help you with the situation. Or if you want, tell me whats up, and I will try to help you.

    The best way to reduce stress, is to tackle it head on. I'd suggest, you take summer as practice for your next school year.

    School is work, and Work, is your job. You need to get up early, and eat a good meal, and pay attention in class and take it all a bit more seriously. Don't toss out your notes, ever. rewrite them if you have to make things less bulky. Plan for your job, and realize that when you become an adult, work life is similar to school life. If you can take your life a bit more seriously, You will get ahead of things and time to relax will come when you need it, stress and anxiety will bother you less, because you will gain a sense of control and power. When you put an effort into doing what your supposed to be doing, *school, chores, part time work* you will become more confident and capable.

    For practice this summer, I'd suggest you continue the sleep and wake cycles, by going to bed on weekdays, and getting up early each day. always enjoy your weekends, Make sure you do your dialy house chores, and if your parents have low expectations of you, find something to keep busy with, such as dishes, wiping counters and sweeping floors *usually in that order*, Mowing lawns and picking weeds around flowers or a garden. Finding a purpose in life, and becoming useful, is kind of like, when people are looking for happiness. To be happy, you really just got to love the person that you are, and to be honest, you would probably love being the type of person, who gets things done. Sometimes, Life can seem impossible, And if it is, it then becomes very important, you remember that it is just as most important to never stop trying.

    For quick stress relief, try meditating, by literally sitting alone and quietly, and not doing anything. meditation is an absence of all thoughts, so you close your eyes, and focus on darkness or "nothingness" your mind will be become noisy, as you think about things, and sounds or feelings etc. You need to focus on stopping all thoughts, and more on nothingness. once you get mostly completely mind quiet, you can then focus a conscious attention, to your body, feeling your muscles relax from your face tensions to your back and legs and even toes and fingers, This is for comfort. meditation is basically the same as sleeping, only that you must remain completely aware of it. in a small way.
    you can sit up, or lay down, but empty your mind and relax all your body, after a bit, you can then allow a thought in your head, about how when you sleep, your body still breathes, after your body is relaxed, you may notice your breathing, but do not try to control it. You may feel a sudden urge to breath intentionally, try not too, try to just observe how your body breaths naturally.. pay close attention and focus to your breathing.

    Thank you. Although I am not in summer yet, as I live in Europe, and Summer is in 2 weeks or so. And I am in full exam period. I will nonetheless try to use your meditation technique and see if it helps. Thank you.
