We are unsure currently, but I hope soon. I'm tired already of ppl doing stupid crap to others, like raiding and shit. on. a. fokin. peaceful. server. And when Hardcore comes, maybe staff should really tighten up on griefing and overclaiming in peaceful, because it makes no sense and just shows arrogance, along with ignorance.
1. Tricking the owner into giving them ownership and kicking them. 2. Someone forgets to claim land on their house and factions like mine claim that land. Number 1 is probably what perc meant, but number 2 happens a lot more.
That's not overclaiming. Factions (the plugin) has a feature to disable overclaiming. When you have it on, people can claim over other factions if you have greater power. Pretty sure it's turned off here, so if they overclaim they're glitching/bug exploiting. What you said Mappy, isn't the staff's fault, that's just stupidity from the users.
