disconnect.spam (Kicked for using commands.)

    In which minigame/server does the bug occur: Creative

    Detailed description of bug: Very often when any player attempts to type a command, they will immediately be kicked with an error message which reads "disconnect.spam". I have video evidence of said bug here (please excuse the facecam, I recorded this using OBS and I was still using my streaming layout):

    This happens because you are in a newer version of minecraft.
    ViaVersion is currently having issues with 1.13+, so try switching back to an earlier version.
