Combining potions at an anvil?

I have a suggestion for Minecraft, why here? - why not
You should be able to combine two potions at an anvil. Lets say water-breathing and regeneration are combined at an anvil, you get a custom potion where its effects are both water-breathing and regeneration. That was my random suggestion. Thanks for reading. :D
