Anyone Here Really good at Programming/Coding?

Hey sorry guys but I was just curious if anyone here was good at coding? I wanted to make this thing but I need some help so if you are able to program well please let me know. I am willing to pay if needed!

 

I'm not a genius, but I do know how to work with light things. I've modded a few games, but I don't know how to edit raw Java Script, or any of that crazy stuff... If you're going to make a game, I suggest Unity Engine. It's free, easy to use, and it's the platform for a few semi-popular games, like Slender: The Eight Pages (Dead, not popular anymore) or Yandere Simulator.
