1.8 Bukkit Server Help

    Hello, I recently created a 1.8 bukkit server. I am using the Multicraft Client to install plugins, etc.

    I really like essentials, and I know there is not an official 1.8 plugin.
    Is there any way to get the essentials plugin for 1.8? I need some help.

    Also, how do I install plugins that aren't appearing on Multicraft Plugins,
    like GroupManager and PlotMe.
    Like, through FTP File Access?
