It's the EULA, and Mojang enforces it. Either LESS (notice I said less, not no) perks or no server at all. Get a refund, and you are perm banned. This isn't J&H's fault ALL servers have to obey the EULA. Either suck it up or leave the server. Be happy that you even had the perks in the first place. They are rewards and gifts for you DONATING. Getting the rank just for the perks shows no support for the server.
